Our origin story is a familiar one. The owner and founder of this company spent 20+ years working in construction, remodeling and building maintenance. He had seen and done it all, in terms of property maintenance and repairs. Eventually his skills and experience were such, he decided enough was enough. No longer would he make others rich. He quit working for The Man and started his own company. He owed it to his 2 kids and wife. In late 2023, he resigned from his 6-figure Maintenance Director position and established a General Contractors license. Formed an LLC, got insurance, and set off with his best foot forward in the world of contracting…where the story continues today. The journey has been so good, he just made this kick-ass website.
